Yes! CoCaptain is both your public-facing club website and your back-office dashboard in one unified platform. When you update a roster, schedule a game, or enter live box-score stats in the admin panel, your public website updates automatically with zero duplicate data entry.
How does CoCaptain handle player dues, fundraiser credits, and payments?
CoCaptain includes a purpose-built hockey treasury module. Your treasurer can set base season dues, create reusable credit sources (such as Golf Outings, Meat Raffles, Intent-to-Play deposits, or Sponsor Credits), allocate credits across player balances, and export multi-sheet Excel (.xlsx) invoices. Parents can look up their itemized balance online and pay via PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App.
Is CoCaptain easy enough for volunteer coaches, scorekeepers, and board members?
Yes. CoCaptain uses role-based views so each volunteer only sees the screens they need. A scorekeeper in the press box only sees live game scoring; a coach sees rosters and schedules; and your treasurer sees dues and budgets.
